A short note about appointment changes — thank you for understanding.
Dear Clients,
We require a 24-hour notice of cancellations. Please notify us if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Changes in appointment time or day will not incur a fee. Failure to cancel within a 24-hour period prior to your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service.
